Clinical Governance Board

1.1  Organized framework responsible for the development of strategies using  patients’ experiences and feedbacks as gauges for services in order to further improve services, continue upholding high standards of care, improve clinical outcomes and working environment; and, to anticipate and eliminate risks for harm to ensure excellent clinical care.

1.2  Members

  1.2.1       Medical Director and Clinical Governance Lead (Chair)

  1.2.2       Vice President of the Board

  1.2.3       Secretary of the Board

  1.2.4       Treasurer of the Board

  1.2.5       Administrator

  1.2.6       Clinical Department Chairmen

  1.2.7       Director of Nursing Service

  1.2.8       Assistant Director of Clinical Governance Board

  1.2.9          Other managers may be co-opted to the Clinical Governance Board on an ad-hoc basis and may include Risk Management Committee, Infection Control representatives etc
